This is a Classics-size/scale, bay porcelain Breyer "Sir Buckingham".  This beauty was a Limited Edition of 2,500 pieces produced 2002-2003.  He is attached to a detailed porcelain pedestal & comes with a hardwood presentation base with brass plaque.  His Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is included.  About 7" tall.  E
